Booked a room with spectacular views of the Caspian sea, located at a medium distance from Yarat Modern Art Center. Rewritten: Booked a room with amazing views of the Caspian Sea and it was conveniently situated not too far from the Yarat Modern Art Center.

The hotel offered two key amenities that made my business trip more convenient and enjoyable. the hotel's location was ideal for me as it was situated within walking distance to the city center and major landmarks, which saved me time and transportation costs. the hotel provided free water and in-room tea and coffee facilities, which was a nice touch.
There were a few aspects of my stay that I found disappointing. the lighting in the room was quite poor, as there was only one lamp for a large room, making it difficult to work or read comfortably.

We had a good weekend! The price was affordable and the view was amazing. We enjoyed the fact that they had a fridge and a kettle in the room, which made our weekend feel more comfortable. the location was great, with easy access to public transportation and a variety of restaurants nearby.
There were some negative aspects that left us disappointed. We had trouble with the Wi-Fi, which was very weak on the fourth floor.

Great location, wonderful views, and affordable room prices. the hotel is also close to many great attractions and dining options offering excellent cuisine. the breakfast was exceptional, with a range of options and everything was freshly prepared.
The hotel's internet connection is weak and would often disconnect. There was also no lift in the hotel which was difficult for elderly guests.
